Ajay represents owners, developers and investors in every segment of the real estate industry, including purchase and sale transactions, landlord/tenant representation in commercial leasing transactions, zoning and development matters, land use regulation and the financing of commercial real estate projects. He has extensive experience in formulating and implementing strategies required for the acquisition, development and disposition of a variety of real estate classes. With a significant background and experience in real estate development, Ajay is able to bring both a business and legal acumen in evaluating, structuring and negotiating real estate development and investment opportunities, as well as closing complex financing structures.
