Thomas F. Mallery

Thomas F. (“Tuck”) Mallery has been licensed to practice law in Wisconsin since 1974. He founded the predecessor to Mallery & Zimmerman, S.C. and Mallery s.c. in Wausau, Wisconsin in 1975. Mr. Mallery specializes in creditor rights, loan documents and commercial real estate law. He has the legal mind, knack for negotiations and business savvy necessary to complete transactions and resolve disputes. Tuck is “of counsel” to Mallery s.c. Tuck is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison (BA-1969) and the University of Wyoming School of Law (JD – 1973).
Mr. Mallery lives in Wausau, Wisconsin. Tuck has two adult children and three grandchildren.
