In addition, US News conducts a submission analysis which includes both professional and client references. These surveys ask about the firm’s responsiveness, cost-effectiveness, and civility. After reviewing these details, US News ranks the best law firms using tiers based on their specific location and practice areas. In 2023, US News listed Mallery s.c. on the Best Law Firms list for Milwaukee. This includes a Tier 1 ranking in Real Estate Law, Tier 2 rankings in Bankruptcy and Securities Litigation, and Tier 3 rankings for Commercial and Antitrust Litigation.
